"...Cory Makoff did a very good job at explaining his purpose, what he needed to look at and was very knowledgeable about the physical safety features of the building. But equally as important, he was very familiar with our client instructions. It was great to see Field Engineers such as Cory adhering to the client instructions. Lastly, what also impressed me about Cory was his ability to know the proper time and place to discuss matters. For instance, we met with the property management company and they indicated that they notified their insurer on Hot Work, but not impairment ratings. Instead of letting them know that they should, he left that for the other engineer to address at their visit in a few weeks. In our wrap-up meeting, he did address this and stated why he felt it was not his place to address this point with the management company."
